Cancellation Policy:
• If the order is canceled before or during it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.
• If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Refund Policy:
• Refund is only applicable within a 14 day period since the day of purchase.
• Our customer care agents are available via social media & email to take care of all return & refund requests.
• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees and is refunded the full payment.
• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the box and the bag.

Replacement Policy:
• In case that the customer wants to replace the product because the size or color is not suitable, the customer will pay or be paid the difference in cost without paying any additional delivery fees.
• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the box and bag.
